GABS Drive to Bertram

Join the Georgetown All British Squadron for a beautiful back roads drive to Bertram! We will meet at Pistons on the Square where we will show off our cars. Plan to be there by 9:30 AM. By 10:00 AM we will leave the show and drive  to the Simmer Down Café located at 4701-1 Williams Drive, Georgetown, TX, where we will have brunch. Don’t eat breakfast beforehand! After breakfast we plan on going on a drive. Please invite your spouse at least for brunch if not the drive as well.

After brunch we will leave on about an hour and a half drive including  driving down Cow Creek Road to see the spring wild flowers on our way to Bertram.  We will stop at Flanigan’s Winery / Distillery in Bertram around 12:30pm for a wine tasting. The wine tasting is an educational experience and covers six different wines. The spirit tasting covers five different spirits. Cost for each is $25.00 per person.

Please respond to this announcement if you and or your spouse plan on joining the group and if you are planning on attending the tasting at Flanigan’s.
