Spring Drive to Kingsland

It's well past time to dust off your driving gloves and get your MG ready for Spring! Join us for a country ride through flower filled fields and quiet back roads to the resort town of Kingsland, where we will stop and feast at Hooper's Restaurant. The restaurant is an attraction of it's own, as it was the site of filming one of the best known movies made in Texas, a cult classic shot in 1974 that inspired an entire genre of film. In fact, the restaurant was named in honor of the director!

You owe it to yourself to get out and enjoy the Spring weather before the summer heat begins, so register now and join us for a drive to Kingsland! We will gather at 9:30 at the Bee Cave Elementary School, 14300 Hamilton Pool Rd, Bee Cave, TX, and expect to be at Hooper's before noon for brunch.
